United Kicks Consignment Agreement
Pricing. UNITED KICKS will make every effort to obtain the highest reasonable price for the items and, in any event, will accept no less than the minimum price set forth in the agreement attached without approval by Consignor. UNITED KICKS does not guarantee your items will sell whether expressed or implied.
UNITED KICKS sets appropriate prices on items based upon a combination of experience, knowledge of market trends, current resale values, the demand for the item, and its condition. UNITED KICKS retains the right to accept or decline any item for consignment at their sole discretion.
Percentage of Commission. UNITED KICKS will be entitled to retain a percentage of the sale price for all goods sold pursuant to this agreement. Our terms are a percentage of the sale based on the actual price when sold. You, the Consignor will receive 90% of the selling price. For items that sell below $200, there will be a flat consignment fee of $20.
Advertise. UNITED KICKS agrees to advertise item(s) and use other alternative marketing promotions to sell said items. UNITED KICKS further retains the right to advertise items for sale as they see fit.
Condition of Items. UNITED KICKS will only sell, buy or trade items that are authentic, clean, and in excellent condition. Any defects should be brought to our attention upon presentation. Your items are subject to up to a 48-hour hold while we conduct our in house authentication process. If your items cannot be authenticated, they will be returned to you.
Payment. When items are sold, UNITED KICKS will offer to pay the consignee via Zelle. We can also accommodate additional forms of payment such as Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp upon request.
Consignment Period. The consignment period is a minimum Thirty (30) days.
If your consignment period ends with no sale, Consignor must contact UNITED KICKS to be reclaimed or to renew for another consignment period. Consigned items not retrieved within 180 days of an expired consignment period may become the property of UNITED KICKS.
Reclaiming your item. If you wish to reclaim your property before thirty (30) days of your consignment period, you may be subject to a $20 flat fee. This is for our time and marketing efforts in taking your item in on consignment.
Liability. If any item provided to UNITED KICKS for resale by the Consignor is found to be counterfeit or UNITED KICKS incurs any liability as a result of the sale of such an item, the Consignor agrees to indemnify UNITED KICKS for any damages including any theft, and all judgments, liens, fines, etc.
If the item is stolen, lost, damaged due to unforeseen circumstances (Fire, theft, etc). We will reimburse you as if your item has been sold. Refer to Percentage in Commission above.
Terms. UNITED KICKS reserves the right to review the terms of this contract and to make reasonable adjustments as necessary. Our number one priority is selling your items at the highest possible profit for you.
Please do not consign an item if you do not agree with our procedures.
I, the consignor, have read and agreed to the conditions and terms of this contract. I understand that UNITED KICKS has the right to decline consignment of any item it does not deem as meeting UNITED KICKS standards for any reason including those not listed in this document.
