Most items are prepared and shipped within one (1) business day after payment has been received. Once your item(s) have been packaged and labeled, you will then receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
All items are packed with quality shipping materials to ensure that your purchase doesn't get damaged in transit. United Kicks is not responsible for any items lost or damaged due to carrier. Please ensure that all shipping information provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses or any other shipping mishaps.
If you are an international customer, you may be subject to additional fees, such as customs and duties, when your item arrives to its destination. These fees are typically determined by your country’s receiving agencies.
Returns & Exchanges
A good amount of our inventory is sold via our consignment service, meaning we sell items for many individuals to whom the inventory belongs to.
Shortly after an item sells in-store or online, the owner of the item(s) receives payment for their merchandise.
Because of this, we are firm on our return policy. We do not accept returns or exchanges; all sales are final.
Refunds are ONLY processed based on fulfillment errors on our end, such as items being out of stock or incorrectly shipped.
